Business Requirement
Why the group needed its own HRMS.
A group with staff across several companies needs attendance that can be trusted, leave and pay that employees can check themselves, and a single channel for documents, announcements and requests — without relying on paper, spreadsheets or messaging threads.

Management Experience
Administrators and approvers issue credentials, approve leave and corrections, answer follow-up questions, issue salary slips and publish documents and announcements. Every attendance record carries its own photographic and location proof.
Management-side capabilities are inferred from the employee-facing workflows described in the official store listings. The administrative console itself is private.
